Shipping policy
At Oni Food Co, we think our products' flavours stand for themselves. Try it once and you'll be hooked. That's why we offer FREE shipping everywhere in the world (you heard that right). Please note that our free shipping is by Lettermail or Letter-post with Canada Post, meaning there is no tracking. If you would like more peace of mind with your packages, you can pay the going rate to Canada Post and we'll ship your items with tracking.
To get free shipping, your order must reach a certain minimum depending where you are in the world. See the table below for a breakdown. Please note that all prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

We can't wait for you to try our spice blends, or for you to restock on your favourites. Please note that if you are buying many mixes, your order may arrive in several packages. We aim to process every order on the same day, but may need an additional day or two during busy periods. If your order has not arrived after the amount of time listed under 'Delivery estimate', please contact us and we'll make it right.
