I have a tomato allergy and have had trouble finding a spice blend that has the flavours of Mexico I love without any tomato powder. But this blend finally gives me what I’ve been looking for! The flavours of cumin and cayenne are great on rice for meals like fajita bowls and enchiladas, but I also love mixing this spice blend into my scrambled eggs for a delicious breakfast!
